The Faces Behind our Success
Greg Murray, ED.M
Developmental Psychologist
As a developmental psychologist with a love for teaching, I am passionate about designing programs for individuals and organizations to transform and meet their ambitious change goals. I make my impact through workshops, seminars, and 1:1 coaching.
The Adaptive Edge Framework is the culmination of years of research in developmental and social psychology, neuroscience, and behavior change. My approach is founded in Harvard professor Robert Kegan’s constructive developmental theory and Immunity to Change coaching method.
I am currently doing doctoral research in social psychology and health at Emory University. Previously, I taught courses on Coaching for Effectiveness and Negotiations at EM Lyon Business School. I hold a masters in human development and psychology from Harvard and a bachelor of arts in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. I am currently living in Atlanta, Georgia with my partner and we are enjoying all of the history, arts, and food that this beautiful city has to offer.
Niyathi Sulkunte
Literary Content Creator
My name is Niyathi Sulkunte and I am a Literary Content Creator for Adaptive Edge Coaching. Currently, I am a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte double majoring in psychology and criminal justice with a minor in cognitive science. I am also working as a research assistant in a laboratory studying cognition in interaction within the psychology department at UNC Charlotte. Psychological research has always been a great passion of mine and I love learning research based techniques to improve mental health. At Adaptive Edge Coaching, I focus on creating the content that you can read on our blog! In the future, I would love to work in the field of mental health and wellbeing engagement consulting. I currently work part time as a registered behavior technician for children with autism. In my spare time, I enjoy doing yoga, watching crime shows on Netflix, and spending time with my friends.
Literary Content Creator
My name is Cayla Berejikian and I am Literary Content Creator for Adaptive Edge Coaching. Recently, I graduated from New York University where I studied psychology and film production and was a research assistant at the Social Perception Action & Motivation Lab. I am passionate about psychological research, particularly how it can be applied to improve quality of life. I have written several psychoanalytic plays that examine identity and its connection to death and relationships. Ultimately, I plan to pursue a career as a writer, content creator, and playwright. I am a passionate storyteller and band-name generator (though I haven’t a single band to name). In my free time, you can find me writing poetry, playing guitar, and holding pomeranian puppies at every puppy store in NYC to fill the void.
